Who we are
SlabEx (Pty) Ltd is a Specialized Concrete Works Contractor specializing in Concrete Raft Foundations, Suspended Solid Slabs, Columns and Concrete Walls. We have experience in providing specialized concrete construction services across a wide range of projects, working with private sector clients in various sectors, and local and national government departments. The company was established in 2021, and is registered with the Department of Trade Industry and Competition following the Companies Act 71 of 2008.
We are a 100% black-owned company, directed and managed by a professional structural engineer registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).

We have experience in concrete raft construction on dolomite zones and for foundations on bad founding materials such as deep clays and highly collapsible material
Slabs and Staircases
We offer professional services for design and construction for slabs and staircases. Our internal team of engineers will ensure that we deliver reliable design and construction of solid concrete slabs for a variety of projects
Professional Civil and Structural Engineering Services
Slabex will ensure that the works to be undertaken is structurally sound and of good quality at all times using the internal professionally registered engineers and technologists.
